Refund Policies:

1. Refund Eligibility:

Refund requests will only be considered if you notify us via email at refund@fmacademy.co within 3 days of making your booking.

Requests must be submitted at least 1 week before the course start date to be eligible for a refund.

2. Process for Refund Requests:

To initiate a refund, please send an email to refund@fmacademy.co with your booking details, including your name, course title, and the reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

3. Refund Method:

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

Please note that once the course has started, or if the refund request is made after the stipulated time frame, the fees paid will not be refunded.

5. Changes to the Policy:

Forward Momentum Academy reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page.

6. Refund Timeline:

The refunds, if approved by us will be initiated within 6 working days of the approval date. The approval of the refund will be communicated to the customer via email.

Cancellation Policy:

Your course booking will stand cancelled only in case your refund has been approved and initiated by Forward Momentum Academy. In any other case, there is no scope of cancellation once the booking/enrollment is completed by the customer.
